The Cupertino Cherry Blossom Festival is a celebration of Japanese culture.  Hence we would like to provide as many Japanese food offerings as possible to our festival guests. Please list the Japanese menu items that you will be offering in your response. It is not a condition for participation but will be a criterion for selecting Food Trucks.
